Tim has broad practical experience in acting on a wide range of general commercial disputes. This includes acting for parties involved in disputes arising in contract, claims in tort and equity as well as claims under the myriad of statutes which dictate the rights and obligations of parties conducting business in New Zealand.

In providing advice and representation, Tim’s focus is on identifying, at an early stage, an appropriate litigation strategy to resolve that dispute in a timely and cost-effective manner but without sacrificing the commercial goals of the client.
